Drop-off Catering
Quality Event Food, Delivered Ready to Serve
Drop-off catering means the food arrives at your venue prepared, presented and ready to eat — without a team staying on site. It is the simplest and most cost-effective way to cater meetings, office events, small private parties and gatherings where guests can help themselves.
Our drivers deliver within an agreed time window and set the food out on your table or counter. Everything comes clearly labelled with allergens and, where needed, with simple reheating instructions. It is delivered catering in London that still looks and tastes like it was made for your event.
Drop-off or Fully Staffed?
Drop-off is ideal when there is someone on site to receive the food and the event does not need active service — for example an office lunch, a workshop or a relaxed gathering at home.
If you are hosting clients, serving hot food over a longer period, or simply want to enjoy the event without managing the food, staffed catering is the better choice. Many clients start with drop-off and add a single server for important occasions.

What Do You Need on Site?
All we need is a clear delivery address, a contact who can receive us, access details for the building and a table or counter to set the food out. If hot dishes are included, we will confirm what equipment is available or supply it.
Disposable or reusable serving ware can be included, and reusable items are collected at an agreed time.
We provide drop-off catering across London — including the City of London, Westminster, Mayfair, Kensington & Chelsea, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch and Southwark — as well as throughout Greater London and the Home Counties. You may also like our office lunch platters, grazing platters, finger food and staffed catering, or request a proposal for your event.
