Venues & Partners
Our Venues and Partners
At Vlamber, we work across London and Greater London — in offices, private residences, galleries, warehouses, rooftop terraces, historic buildings and purpose-built event spaces. We do not operate from a single venue. We come to you, wherever your event is happening. This page is for venue managers, event spaces, wedding planners, event producers and industry partners who want to understand how we work alongside venues and what a catering partnership with Vlamber looks like.
How Vlamber Works With Venues
At many unique and special event spaces in London — museums, historical venues and bespoke spaces — clients can select their preferred caterer from an approved list or, in some cases, bring their own event caterer to deliver their exact food and drinks service. Tv and film catering
Vlamber operates as an external caterer — we bring everything a venue needs to deliver a professional catering service: the food, the team, the equipment and the operational planning. We do not require a fully fitted commercial kitchen at every venue we work in, though we will always assess what is available and plan accordingly.
What we bring to a venue:
A professional chef team and front-of-house service team
All food, ingredients and specialist cooking equipment required for the event
Serving equipment — platters, tongs, bowls, trays, chafing dishes
Back-of-house organisation — we set up a functional kitchen or preparation area wherever we are working
Coordination with the venue manager before, during and after the event
Full dietary and allergen management
Complete clear-down — we leave the space as we found it
What we need from a venue:
Confirmed access times for load-in and load-out
Information on available kitchen facilities (even a basic kitchen — hobs, oven, preparation space — is usually sufficient)
Any venue-specific rules around food, waste disposal, noise, timing and access
Power access for any heating or cooking equipment
A designated back-of-house area for our team to work from
We carry out a venue assessment — in person or via a detailed questionnaire — before every event at a new location. This ensures the menu is planned around what the space can support and that there are no surprises on the day.
Venues We Work In Across London
We have experience working in a wide range of venue types across London. Every venue type presents different logistical challenges — and we plan for each of them.
One of the most common environments for Vlamber events. We assess the kitchen, plan the menu around the available equipment and manage the full service from setup to clear-down. We leave the home exactly as we found it.
- From boardrooms to open-plan office floors and rooftop terraces, we cater for corporate events in office environments across London. We work within building access rules, coordinate with facilities managers and deliver catering that is clean, efficient and professional.
Gallery and museum environments have specific requirements — no mess, no strong smells, quiet service and careful handling of the space. We are experienced at working within the constraints of prestigious cultural venues, delivering innovative food design within the highest levels of service. Raindance
- East London's warehouse event scene requires a different approach — large crews, often limited kitchen access, complex load-in logistics and a guest expectation of high-impact food and service. We have experience in warehouse event environments and plan for the specific challenges they present.
Rooftop events in London are some of the most visually impressive but logistically demanding. Wind management, lift access, power supply and compact kit are all considerations we plan for. Bowl food and canapés work particularly well in rooftop environments.
Historic venues across London — livery halls, civic buildings and heritage properties — have strict operational rules around catering. We understand these environments and plan menus and service styles that work within their constraints without compromising the quality of the guest experience. Poptop Parties
Where hotels and private members' clubs allow external catering suppliers, we work alongside in-house teams and venue coordinators to deliver our catering service within the operational framework of the venue.
Outdoor catering in London requires weather contingency planning, appropriate equipment and menus that travel and hold well. We cater for garden parties, outdoor receptions and summer events across London and Greater London.
We work in film and TV studios across Greater London for both production catering and event catering within studio environments.
Unusual venues — temporary structures, converted spaces, brand pop-ups and non-traditional event environments — are some of the most interesting spaces we work in. We assess each one individually and plan accordingly.

Venue Partnerships - Working With Us As A Preferred Supplier
Most London catering approved lists include at least six event caterers, giving clients genuine choice and an opportunity to receive quotes from several different suppliers. Tv and film catering
If you manage an event space, wedding venue, gallery, private members’ club or any other venue that hosts catered events in London, we would welcome a conversation about joining your approved or preferred supplier list.
What a venue partnership with Vlamber looks like:
Reliability and professionalism
We understand that when a venue recommends a caterer to their clients, their own reputation is on the line. We take that seriously. We are organised, punctual, communicative and thorough in our planning — venues can rely on us to deliver consistently.
A different culinary offer
Most London caterer lists cover similar ground. Vlamber brings a distinctive culinary identity — Spanish-inspired gastronomy, refined European cooking and a broad international selection — that gives venues an offer they may not currently have on their list.
Seamless venue coordination
We work alongside venue managers and coordinators, not around them. We follow the venue's operational rules, communicate clearly in advance of every event and resolve any issues before they become problems on the day.
Professional clear-down
We leave every venue in the same condition we found it — or better. Our clear-down is thorough, timely and coordinated with the venue's own schedule.
Insurance and compliance
We carry full public liability insurance and comply with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations. Documentation is available on request for any venue requiring it.
Industry Partners - Working With Event Professionals
We work regularly alongside a wide range of event industry professionals in London. If you are an event planner, wedding planner, PR agency, production company, brand manager or hospitality consultant, we are set up to work as part of your team.
We are an experienced wedding caterer and we understand the particular demands of working within a wedding planner's programme. We communicate directly with your clients when required and coordinate all catering elements — timeline, service, dietary management, cake cutting and clear-down — within your event schedule.
We join the planning process at whatever stage you need us — from early creative development to a confirmed brief. We are responsive to changing timelines and understand that brand event and production schedules shift. We make the catering the easiest part of your event to manage.
Press nights, brand launches, influencer events and client receptions are formats we understand well. We know how to run catering that supports editorial and content moments — without interrupting them.
- For film, TV and commercial productions, we work directly with line producers and production managers to align catering with the shoot schedule. We are a single point of contact and we adapt as the production changes.
For clients planning private dining events, home celebrations or lifestyle-led gatherings, we work alongside design and lifestyle professionals to ensure the food and service complement the overall aesthetic of the event.
We coordinate with floristry and styling teams at weddings and private events to ensure table setup, station presentation and overall event aesthetic are aligned.
We work alongside specialist wine suppliers, mixologists, cocktail bars and non-alcoholic drinks companies to coordinate the full food and drink offer at events — whether that is a wine pairing for a private dinner or a bespoke cocktail menu for a brand launch.
What We Ask Of Venue And Industry Partners
A successful partnership works in both directions. To deliver consistently excellent catering at your venue or within your event programme, we need:
From venues:
- Confirmed access times and clear load-in/load-out arrangements
- A venue assessment meeting or detailed questionnaire for new venues
- Clear communication of any venue rules, restrictions or requirements
- A single point of contact at the venue for day-of coordination
- Accurate guest numbers as early as possible
From event professionals:
- A clear brief — the earlier, the better
- Direct access to the client for dietary and menu decisions (where appropriate)
- A realistic timeline that allows for proper planning
- Communication when the brief or schedule changes — we will always adapt, but early notice helps
How To Get On Our Radar - And How To Get Us On Yours
Get in touch via the contact form below or email us directly. We will arrange an introduction, answer any questions about our operation and provide the documentation your venue requires — insurance, food safety certificates, references and any other information needed.
Send us the brief. Even if it is early-stage or outline only, we will come back with a proposal direction and a sense of how we can work together. We are used to working from incomplete briefs and building out the detail as the project develops.
We do not manage venues directly, but we can advise on venue types that suit your event format based on our experience across London. If you have a venue in mind, we will tell you honestly whether we can work within it and what the catering options look like. If you are still looking for a venue, we can point you toward the kind of spaces that work well for the format you are planning.
A Note On Venue Requirements For Catering
At many unique event spaces across London, bringing in an external caterer carries an additional cost compared to a venue with its own in-house catering. This is due to the cost of bringing in kitchen and service equipment, setting up from scratch in blank canvas spaces and the additional coordination required. Tv and film catering
We are transparent about what is required for each venue type and build these costs into our proposals clearly. There are no hidden charges for equipment, travel or additional setup — everything is itemised.
Typical additional considerations for external catering at venues:
- Equipment hire — chafing dishes, induction hobs, warming equipment (included in our quotes where required)
- Travel to and from the venue (itemised where applicable)
- Extended setup time for venues without kitchen facilities
- Corkage fees charged by some venues for external catering (venue-managed — not a Vlamber charge)
Sustainability & Responsible Catering
We are aware of the environmental responsibility that comes with operating a catering business in London. Our current commitments include:
Sourcing seasonal and locally produced ingredients where possible and practical
Minimising food waste through accurate portion planning and responsible ordering
Working with suppliers who share our values around responsible sourcing
Reducing single-use plastic in our service wherever alternatives exist
Proper segregation of waste at every event
